Recently, the chief Minister of KPK Ammer Haider Khan Hoti announced the free laptop scheme for KPK students .Through this scheme, almost 25000 brilliant and intelligent students will get the laptops in the last week of December 2012. In the first session of this scheme, laptops will be distributed for those students who have completed or doing their 4 years bachelor program. Moreover, the chief minister also mentioned that 2 percent quota will be reserved for disabled students. We would like to mention important thing about this laptop scheme is that those students who are doing their master program are not included in this scheme. This laptop scheme is named as Naway Sahar Scheme. The provincial government has almost allocated Rs 1 billion budget for this laptop scheme. Moreover the chief minister of KPK also said that almost 25000 laptops will be distributed among the KPK students and price of each laptop is almost Rs: 40,000. Furthermore, he also said that the number of quantity of laptop can be increased if each laptop price gets below the estimation price.

Laptop Scheme 2012 For KPK Students

In additionally, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti also explained the eligibility criteria for those students who want to apply for this scheme. Students should get at least 75 percent marks in their semester system and those students who are from annual examination system should get 65 percent marks. So all KPK students who want to get laptop they should avail this scheme. Again we would like to mention that the first session will be conducted in the last week of December so all brilliant students should apply for this KPK laptop scheme before the arrival of December month because it’s the golden opportunity for getting the laptop.
